What exactly does this new diet do? It takes your existing diet, reduces the portions if you are aiming at losing weight and also examines your meal time, making a few corrections here and there and it is done. That is one interval. Start with 6 intervals and build your way up to doing 12 intervals per workout. However, such fads are mostly snake oil. What you need to effectively and permanently lose unwanted pounds is a fat loss workout plan.

Don't be disheartened when the first, second, or third fat loss workout plan you tried didn't work for you when it was highly recommended by a friend or trainer. What works for others may not work the same for you. If you're not, then it's time to move on to another cardio exercise weight loss program.
